The project

SegnalaCi project was born in 2021 to satisfy the Administrations of the territory of being able to listen to citizens through a digital channel and now give them the opportunity to participate more and more actively in the process improvement of their Municipality.

SegnalaCi is the digital platform of Città Metropolitana di Genova that allows citizens to forward reports to the Administration on the life of the area in all its various areas, to the improvement of the quality of the services offered and the livability of the city.

Accessing is simple: all you need is the Spid credentials, the electronic identity card (CIE) or inserting personal data and contact details. Once entered in, simply indicate the location of the report, the type, title and detail with the option of attaching images or explanatory documents.

The report will be sent to the competent Administration, which will manage the resolution and then give feedback.

By connecting to the platform from the "My reports" section (only if you connected with Spid or CIE), it is possible to view the entire report process and thus always stay up to date.
