In order to carry out the reporting activity and use the platform, it is necessary to authenticate through SPID (public digital identity system) or CIE (Carta di Identità Elettronica) or in Alternatively, you can enter a report indicating your data and references without authentication, but in the latter case it will not be possible to monitor your reports. We therefore suggest that you use the platform with authentication to be able to check the progress of your reports.

By accessing with the REPORT button, the reporting procedure is activated and you are allowed to georeference the location of the object of report or complaint, by moving the cursor on the map and clicking on the point of interest: the red pointer will be positioned at the specified point. Clicking the 'Report outage' button activates the reporting procedure which allows you to geo-reference the location of the report; i.e. using the 'use your location' function below the map, you can indicate the street using the move the cursor on the map by clicking on the point of interest: the blue pointer will position itself in the indicated point (which must necessarily be within the municipal territory).Alternatively, it is possible to type in the address of interest and select it from the proposed values .

All fields must be filled in and as much detail as possible must be provided. After indicating the location it is very important to select the REPORTING CATEGORY in a manner consistent with the description of the OBJECT. If the CATEGORY is correct, the report will be forwarded to the competent office identified by the Municipality or by Citta’ Metropolitana. Otherwise the report may not be successful or the response time could be lengthened.

The competent offices will reply to the request within 30 days on average, even in case of a courtesy and / or interlocutory reply. The non-conclusive interlocutory reply may concern reports referring to complex situations and / or whose conclusion requires more time than usual.

The report is not public. When accessing and registering the system, the user must confirm the reading and acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
